About Skyline Stack
Skyline Stack is a minimalist timing game about building upward. Each new floor glides across the top of your tower, and you decide the exact moment it drops. Whatever overhangs the floor below is sliced off, so every imperfect drop makes the next one harder.
Land a floor almost exactly on top of the previous one and you score a Perfect: the floor keeps its full width and a chain of perfects grows the floor back a little. The higher you climb, the faster the floors move, and the sky shifts from dusk to deep night.
How to play
- A floor slides left and right above your tower.
- Tap, click or press Space to drop it.
- Any part hanging past the floor below is cut away.
- The game ends when a floor misses the tower completely.
Tips and strategy
- Watch the edge of the moving floor, not its centre. Lining up one edge is easier than judging the middle.
- Speed rises every few floors. Settle into a rhythm early instead of reacting at the last moment.
- Three perfect drops in a row widen your floor. Chasing streaks pays off on narrow towers.
